Today, March 27th, 2020, the Port Arthur City Health Department received confirmation of two additional patients who tested positive for Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), increasing the total number of confirmed cases for the City of Port Arthur to three. These individuals reside in Port Arthur and two of them are travel related. The age range is between 28-38.
